Eta Sigma Chapter

Chapman University

Hello and welcome!

My name is Nina Kalhori, and I am so honored and proud to be serving as the President of the Eta Sigma chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma. If you told me three years ago that this would be my future, I honestly would not believe you. The change and growth that I have experienced in this chapter has been astronomical, and I am so grateful for every single person in this inspiring group for supporting me along the way. This chapter is my family and full of people that have truly changed my life forever.

The Eta Sigma chapter is an active member in our community, especially with our Fall philanthropy called Fleurish, in which we, as a chapter, get to pick a different organization to support every year that is close to our hearts. In the Spring, we put on a large event for our national philanthropy,  the JED Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that strives to protect mental health and prevent suicide, especially for teens and young adults. The JED Foundation offers crucial programs with the focus being mental health in terms of school life and campus life for students in high school and college.

Being a member of this chapter is the biggest privilege I have ever had in my life, and being able to work with all of these wonderful women on a daily basis has become one of the highlights of my college career. This close knit group of woman is my backbone, my family, and my biggest supporters, and I would not be the person I am today without the experiences I have had during my time in this chapter. Thank you so much for trusting me with this role and I cannot wait to serve you all!

Love and Loyalty,
Nina Kalhori
